In & Out Express Lube Plus

Requested 20w50 oil be used for oil change but establishment used 5w30 instead. without informing me that they didn't have 20w50.

On 07/06/2020 I went to In & Out Lube Express in Homosassa Florida for an oil change and requested 20w50 oil. They said ok and did the oil change. I paid the bill ($36.99 plus tax) and left. After leaving, I noticed the receipt said 5w30 oil so I went back and asked why they used 5w30 oil instead of what I requested. They said 5w30 is what they have in regular, non synthetic oil. When asked why I wasn't informed that they didn't have 20w50 instead just putting something else in, they just said "sorry" and left it at that.

stopped in to in&out lube for a oil change. left and my car died. called towed tuck to Toyota. they said the engine was gone because no filter.

I stopped at in& out lube told them. he said he will take care of it. next day I called a number they gave me. the worker told me because I didn't have it towed to then. they will not pay for it.I called three number none which works. they refuse to give me a manger number. they blocked my number from three numbers I was giving.they said on the receipt I was giving. it said to tow to there shop. but on the receipt I have it does not say any thing for its all smeared ink. I brought it down and they saw it.I told them to go get the car from Toyota and they can put the engine in. and told them to call Toyota. its costing me 4000 to replace my engine which I am putting a used one in. I am 70 years old so I have no extra money.all I wanted was my oil changed and ended up with no car. these people hung up on me blocked my number. they will not listen at all. I have my receipt I paid 40 dollars to have the oil changed. I have there receipt where no where on there said I have to tow to there garage. I also had no clue what was wrong with my car when it died . until Toyota told me what was wrong. so why would I have my car towed to them . thank you I hope to hear from you soon.

I went to this establishment yesterday for an oil change. I was charged for oil change $59.99 plus $124.98 for misc parts.
I was called out to the bay and was told the company os under new management and they check all the fluids in the car. I first see they had removed my air filter and said put that back I change that out myself. The man then tells me that the brake fluid is burned in my car and that it needed to be changed. I have no clue what this means...I go back inside to wait. I get called back out 15 maybe 20 min later and they said my car was done. I go to pay and told it was $195.07!! I was in shock but needed my car because I had to get to work. I paid the bill and left. When I got to work I called my boyfriend and explained what happened so he told me to send him a copy of my receipt. He went up to the establishment and while he was waiting to talk to someone...the same situation was in the process of happening to an elderly woman. My boyfriend asked them if they remembered me being in there...they said yes, that I was the second car in that day and he asked what exactly were they charging the $124.98 for misc parts and that he wanted to see these parts. They could not tell him what the parts were and what exactly they were charging me for.....they went on to say something about my brake fluid etc. So he said they were ripping people off and charging for services that they did not perform and left. My boyfriend then called the same company that is on New Port Richey Florida and asked what they recommend doing for burned brake fluid and what all does the process include, etc. They told him it takes a total of 2.5 hrs to perform this type of service. The tires have to be removed from the car and total charge is $60.00. My car was only in the bay for 20min. It is on camera and none of my tires were removed. I am being charged for services that were not done on my car. They are committing FRAUD acts on innocent people.
