Complaint [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The business is making it seem as though I am looking for a double paymentIronic, considering they held a double payment from me for nearly four months The situation is resolved, but only because [redacted] stepped inNot by anything the company didI do not need any further money from the companyHowever, if ***l had not stepped in, the situation would still be ongoingThe owner of the company promised me multiple times to send me a check, by the end also promising me, multiple times, a tracking number for the checkHe never followed throughThe second to last time I was promised this, I waited a week after I was supposed to receive the check before opening a claim with ***lAt which point I was promised, again, the tracking number and checkHe did not follow through, so I did not drop my claim with [redacted] which would have left me paying a $bill for a service that came NOWHERE near deserving that amountI do not need anything else from the companyI just want others to know what happened, and that he did nothing to remedy the situationThank goodness for [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted] ***

After having discussion with the client and agreeing to a partial refund the client chose to seek a full refund via *** which was their method of payment*** has refunded the client in full therefore we did not and will not provide a refund to the clientI hope this addresses this issue

I am rejecting this response because: The business is making it seem as though I am looking for a double payment. Ironic, considering they held a double payment from me for nearly four months.  The situation is resolved, but only because [redacted] stepped in. Not by anything the company did. I do not need any further money from the company. However, if [redacted]l had not stepped in, the situation would still be ongoing. The owner of the company promised me multiple times to send me a check, by the end also promising me, multiple times, a tracking number for the check. He never followed through. At which point I was promised, again, the tracking number and check. He did not follow through, so I did not drop my claim with [redacted] which would have left me paying a $1400 bill for a service that came NOWHERE near deserving that amount. I do not need anything else from the company. I just want others to know what happened, and that he did nothing to remedy the situation. Thank goodness for [redacted]
