We have already delivered this person's itemsWe were well within her delivery window per the contractEverything was delivered and she was satisfied

We have talked to this customer regarding her deliveryWe have explained to her that we are working on getting her items delivered in a timely fashionWe have apologized repeatedly for any inconvenience this has causedWe promised her that she would be the first person we would call once we have more information

I have attached the contract that she signed and the inventory sheets showing her signature and all of the items checked offPlease let me know if you need anything elseI will send the quote in a different email

Yes I apologized for the delay because we would rather deliver towards the beginning of the window not the endWe have a signed contract and this customer was provided a copyYes we picked you up on time and we will deliver before the business days is up

We are planning on delivering her items this weekendHer items will be in the same condition as it was when it got picked up

According to the contract that was signed by this customer we have business days to deliver her itemsThat means we have until May 11th to deliver her itemsWe will definitely get it delivered before than so that way we can make sure we are abiding by our contract

We told this customer that we are working on getting her stuff deliveredAccording to our contract it states that we have up until days to do the deliveryWe are trying not to wait the whole days because everyday that it is in our possession it costs us moneyAny time this customer has
tried to get a hold of me I have been able to respond so I don't know why she is making that claimI told her we will let her know as soon as we have a definitive date and we also have apologized for the wait

I am rejecting this response because: Not in contract I agreed to on March 1, have received two emails from Bobby, general manager, apologizing for delay in delivery Says once they have a truck they will deliver, my belongings are in storage in WA They sure had a truck to pick my stuff up on March 30th Not acceptable They are costing me money having to purchase items I already hsve in storage

I am rejecting this response because:After numerous calls to Vickey the week of March 26th, I asked her if I could speak to the managerI stated that she never has any new information for me and that I was getting conflicting information about where my belonging where and why it had taken so much longer than the 2-business days they estimatedI wanted to deal with a manger and cut out the middle man since I was getting no where waiting for her to talk to BobbyThe majority of the time she would tell me that she would check on new information and call me back within the hourNinety percent of the time she wouldn't call me back until hours later or even daysSHe said she would have Bobby call me that day 3/30/On 3/31/Vickey said my stuff was still in IdahoShe apologized and said they would be compensating usShe stated she wouldn't talk to Bobby until late in the evening because, "he was on a job"She said they were over the delivery estimate and she would be frustrated too if she were meShe said she would call me first thing on 3/31/with delivery informationBobby never calledI called in and out moving on 3/at least times to find out why I hadn't heard from BobbyI called again times on 4/1/I called both Vickeys cell and the officeI called again on 4/2/I did not get a response from him until I emailed him and said I would call the police if I didn't get a call within hoursAs far as the "up to days for delivery" I have NEVER been provided a copy of this contractIf I had known this in feb when I signed the estimate I would have taken my business else where!

We did not charge these people anythingIf they say we charged them I would like to see proof so I can fix it

I am rejecting this response because: I was not told about the $more per pound on the phone - and on the day of shipping the staff member said it would $0.20/lb - not more, not $0.85/lb - because I told several people about how it would be a huge bonus to have them under estimate the load - I wouldn't have said that if I hadn't been told the price as described above. In regards to my items - I was rushedThey didn't arrive until after 4pm - as the sun is starting to set, in winter, I'm not standing outside going thru every item - plus they kept talking about having to go to another job - that same dayI was being courteous which this company has never been once they received their paymentI had to send numerous emails and make a lot of phone calls just to get the run aroundJust common courtesy and customer service would have been niceWhy are they in this business? Just to deceive and steal from people?

When we sent this customer the quote it was based on the list of items she sentIn the body of the quote it states that if there is more weight than the quote she would be charged $more per pound than the estimated price per poundShe was told this from the start before she even booked with
usWhen we arrive at the house for the unload the customer signed the inventory sheet agreeing that everything that was on the inventory sheet was deliveredNobody rushed her and made her sign anything without checking firstBecause she signed the inventory agreeing that she received everything her insurance claim was denied

The reason why we were trying to change the pick up date was that we got delayed a day do to a customer not getting their keys on timeThen we got delayed even more due to the snow storms that hit WA and IDWe apologized and offered to give them a discount but they said they do want a discount and
that they had to be outBecause of this we told them that we would find them another company that could accommodate themWe never collected any money from them

We have already delivered this customerWe showed her where on the contract it states that it could take up to days for deliveryShe was okay with it and she paid her total and she received all of her itemsNobody told her that we would give her $a dayShe got that off of a review she
readWe got it delivered well under the days and everything was delivered
