I took my business computer to this company for repair They removed hard drives as defective($600) and installed windows on a drive already installedCharged # Picked up and returned to business, computer would not get online Called in another repair service It was then learned that the drives removed were NOT defective and that only a minor windows file was needed to be loaded in order for operation All previous work needed to be undone to restore to original backup drive configuration The shop failed to return my money as requested They admitted repair failure but would not return repair cost

that were made. The original issue with the unit in question was that it would not even load the Windows program or function at all. I was able to get it up and running in perfect order here in my shop. The issue was at Mr. [redacted]s' residence and nothing that I failed to repair. I offered to make a house call and check the issue but, Mr. [redacted] refused to pay the service call fee of $65.00. Here is the document stating the vents from start to finish of the repairs.
