In Session Uniforms

I paid a deposit last August for a blazer for my son and have left numerous voicemails and made numerous attempts to the store during business hours where they were closed. They advertise no refunds but I have not received my product and they have my deposit and no response. This has now gone on for a year with no correction to the problem nor a phone call to address it.
