During our recent home buying process we needed a home inspection and decided to go with In-Spec LLC as we prefer to support local small businesses. The owner Walter is retired military with a very professional and organized approach to business and he shows great dedication to his customers. After speaking with Walter and getting a fair price quote we received our inspection and were extremely happy with the results from In-Spec. The inspection process was slightly longer than your typical home inspection but for good reason. Every aspect of his inspection was thorough, he checked every outlet and window in the house rather than one per room which is the national standard. He also went onto the roof, into the crawl space and even inspected the smallest details to make sure they were right. Shortly after the inspection we received a very lengthy report with high quality photos that had markings showing the problem issue along with a small note underneath describing specifically what was wrong.
We were told by many others that the home inspection process is tedious and to make sure we find a good inspector that is not lazy. Well we can happily say it was painless for us and Walter shows how much he cares for his profession and his paying customers.
