contact with this customer multiple times during the period when I was running behind due to illness. I also have kept in contact via text messaging nearly daily. Because the customer had come to pickup the boat and it wasn't ready I also delivered the boat upon completion for no cost. As far as I was aware there wasn't a problem until I was contacted by his spouse. As I said this has been resolved. I delivered the boat at no cost to the customer. This customer has also left negative comments on my Facebook business reference although I never even dealt with her. I find the fact that because I was in constant contact with [redacted] it was unnecessary for her to make defamatory comments about my business.

Finally got boat back a week after filing complaint with Revdex.com, however, motor cover was not completed until 3 weeks later. Scott continued to have multiple excuses why the work was not completed as promised. I went to his business to get cover when Scott stated it would be done. When I arrived, Scott was not there, stating he "was running late", even though he was the one that specified the date and time. Informed me at that time that motor cover was not done yet. Scott then stated he would deliver motor cover to an area business next day. I checked with the area business the next day and the cover was not delivered. I called Scott and he stated cover would be delivered at least 2 more times. Each time, no motor cover and more excuses. Scott then got rude with me after the 3rd excuse and made derogatory remarks to me about my spouse and filing a complaint with Revdex.com. Motor cover finally delivered a week later.
