I worked with President, [redacted] on the installation of all cabinets in my new custom built home. He spoke in industry-specific acronyms which were unfamiliar to me, and seemed to be agitated when I asked questions. Many meetings were required as he did not "listen" to my requests. Examples: He ordered office cabinets without drawers and drawers were clearly marked on the blueprint. He had to come in and add drawers which added an additional dusty mess to the house. He ordered cabinets that were a different color than I had asked. So, now I am living with cherry colored cabinets rather than espresso colored. I asked for drawers for hanging files and received regular drawers. My builder had to nail pieces of wood and tracks in there just to make them work. 2 cabinets were broken and though he said they were fixed, they still are not fixed...one year later. One drawer does not close all the way...the same issue shown to him a year ago. One cabinet door continuously falls off the hinge. When setting up the 1 year warranty meeting, he did not show up on the first appt. On the second appt, he was late, yet told me he arrived on time and waited 20 minutes. The cameras clearly showed a different story. His tone of voice is always that "he is right" and me "the customer" is wrong. He also made me feel uncomfortable when originally installing the cabinets because of the way he would talk "down" to his employees. I felt so bad for them. As there are many other cabinet installers to choose from, I suggest you go elsewhere for your installer. I believe my builder has ceased working with Mr. [redacted] and is now using a different cabinet installer.
