Bag finally makes it here. In OCTOBER. It is also missing a shoulder strap. I email yet again. Again I am ignored. I email every contact email they list until I get a response.
I'm told it will be taken care of and I'll be "updated" when the strap is shipped. That was DECEMBER 2016. No strap, no update, not one apology.
This company doesn't care about [redacted]. They got the same amount of money for shipping me a partial order, so why should they bother making it right?
