I give this company zero stars. Consumers beware. When ordering online if you elect to join email list for a 10 % discount, you will to automatically enrolled in a VIP program for $14.95 for some period of time. I made one purchase Online this year and several weeks later I saw an unauthorized charge on my credit card.
I called the company and they deny any responsibility that it’s part of the online service. I will never use this company again.
Buyer Beware.

I placed an order through this company. It seemed to be taking a long time to receive so I contacted them to inquire about the shipping. They informed me that it would be at least 2 more weeks so I cancelled the order. Surprisingly, they shipped it overnight after I cancelled. I called to let them know I had cancelled and I no longer wanted the item. Due to length of time they told me I'd be waiting, I purchased elsewhere. They told me to ship it back. I asked for a shipping label. They told me to pay it and they would reimburse me. I declined and demanded the shipping label. They forwarded to me via email so I felt better about that. The following month my statement showed the charge for the shipping. I disputed and was reimbursed. Then I started receiving monthly charges for a catalog I never ordered or requested. Why on earth would anyone pay $14.95 monthly for a catalog. I've continued to dispute and have contacted them twice now to have this monthly charge removed. The charge was there again in April.
