At this time, I have been contacted directly by In the Mood D J Productions regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I received several harassing text messages from ***, who was contracted by In the Mood DJ I have not heard directly from the [redacted] of In the Mood DJ- nor do I care to hear from him at this point because he is full of lies *** told me I should have contacted him to remind him that the photos and video are outstanding I told him it was not my job to micro-manage his work loadI told him I will have someone else make my video and photo album since I've been hearing nothing but empty promises and waiting over months I told him I want a refund for the video and photo album I really thought I would have been treated better than I've been and requesting that [redacted] , our wedding venue, remove In the Mood DJ from their referral list In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] **

Review: I entered into an Entertainment Agreement with 'In the Mood DJ Productions' on or about May *, 2014. My wedding was August **, 2014. There were items contained in the contract that were not fulfilled and/or not received. To date, I haven't received my wedding album or my corrected wedding video. I have called, emailed and sent texts to the [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted], [redacted], more than I care to. In addition, the wedding video was grainy. The photo booth that was used did not capture the personalized videos of my guests. I literally have silent videos.Desired Settlement: At this point, no one has communicated with me on the status of my wedding video, wedding album or the photo booth video. I no longer wish to do business with In the Mood DJ or any of its subcontractors or representative. I want a full refund.

Review: My wife and I recently got married and we used In the Mood as our entertainment. We paid to have a Dry Ice dance, which is $395 on our contract. That never happened. We asked for a refund of that amount and were told that it would not happen. They claim that we received a discounted price, but there is nothing stated on the contract that says that. They failed to provide us with the number one thing that we wanted.Desired Settlement: We want the refund for the full amount ($395) that we were charged as per a contract.

I contacted the owner of the company personally and we came to an agreement on the refund price. There is no need to post anything negative about this company.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
