In Touch

Review: Purchased a subscription to the magazine. We sent the check sometime in September and the official start date of the subscription was November 15. We received 3 magazines within a month. It should have been 4. At this point we have not received one in several weeks. And one of the deliveries was for 2 magazines at once. It is a weekly subscription. We contacted the business twice and they basically said that we were lying and then they blamed the mail. We buy a large number of items online and the mail delivers those things without a problem.

Basically we paid for a subscription and we are not getting it.Desired Settlement: We just want our stuff to show up the way the company promised it would. If they refuse to acknowledge any wrongdoing and refuse to fix their process then we want a refund. This is theft and we will take any action required to stop it.

The subscription in [redacted]’s name was canceled on January 2, 2014 per the customer’s request and a refund in the amount of $64.07 was issued. The was issued on January 3, 2014 to the Mr. [redacted] used to make his purchase.
