During my one night stay, I had reserved days, I had no hot water in shower, the air quit working And I ended up with bed bug bites
I transferred on my job to Dothan on May 7th, I had reserved a room at In Town Suites until the 15th After the problems the first night I had no trust in this place I have tried repeatedly to get a refund for the time I did not stay I don't mind paying for the night I stayed or the next night, it was late when I told them I was not staying I was told that there are no refunds But it's not unreasonable, with these issues to see that no one should stay in these conditions Now no one will return a phone call or e mail Locally or at corporate I have tried to handle this in a nice manner but they do not seem to care There are other issues with this place but I will inform law enforcement of those
