I was asked to close my window by maintenance and the manager. They said it was a health department issue to have my window open. I have severe sinus problems and I need the window open in order to get some fresh air. I can't rely on the air conditioner because it is winter time and it makes me sicker to run the air in the winter.Desired SettlementIf they could put a screen on the window that would work.Business Response We are in receipt of the referenced complaint. As a company, the safety and security of our guests is of the utmost importance. We ask in writing that our guest adhere to all safety procedures. Guest are given a copy of said procedures to reference, so that issues such as this won't arise. Having windows closed and locked, is key to guest safety. We apologize for any inconvenience, or discomfort caused by our policy. However, it is paramount in creating and maintaining a safe lodging experience.

No one returns calls and rude employeesOn July 9 2015 after checking in we found the comforter had a large yellow stain on it and called to have it replaced no one called back. July 14 2015 house keeping day house keeping refused to clean the room and wouldn't allow us to use a broom or vaccum to clean but instructed us to go buy our own broom and such to clean.We werent given clean towels and or offered a clean comforter but told repeatedly call [redacted].Desired SettlementOur stay should be comped for a reasonable time. We wouldn't be here if our house hadn't caught fire.
