In Town staff as well as the health department checked the entire room and there is no evidence of any bedbugs in room. Room was not renewed due to noise complaints - a male + female were fighting in room

A refund of the $50 deposit we paid when staying at Intown Suites in December 2013 has not been refunded despite numerous attempts to obtain it.We stayed at Intown Suites in early December 2013. My debit card was charged $270.30 on Dec. 2. $50 of that was a deposit that would be refunded. We have stayed at this particular Intown Suites numerous times and have always received our deposit refund with no problem. We had to leave on the 6th day of our 7 day rental to catch an early flight to [redacted] We had to leave before the office opened. The room was left in spotless condition and the keys were left in the room. Yet this time we did not receive the refund of our deposit. On my return to [redacted] later that month, I went to [redacted] Suites on [redacted] and mentioned that the deposit had not been refunded. The manager [redacted] said he would take care of it. I waited and no refund showed up on my debit card. I went back again, and he said he would take care of it again. Again, nothing happened. I went back a third time and he suggested I call customer service, he said something in their system was blocking the refund. I called customer service, they listened to the problem, and said they would contact their refund department and call me back. No call back occurred, and no refund showed up. I called them again, they said the same thing again, and again there was no call back and no refund. I called a third time, said I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com if they did not take care of this for me. And again, no response. Our deposit needs to be refunded as promised by the contract, we were good tenants and left the room spotless. They rented to us again a couple of months later, and this confirms that we were considered good tenants. I suspect it is incompetence, not crookedness, but someone in Intown Suites, especially in customer service, is not doing their job properly.Desired SettlementAll I want is the return of the $50 deposit that was supposed to be refunded to us in December 2013. Business Response We are in receipt of the referenced complaint. We deeply regret our oversight in this matter and will refunding Mr. [redacted]'s deposit, along with our sincere apologies.
