We have hundreds of satisfied, repeat customers because we take customer satisfaction very seriously. If a customer leaves upset, it is because they have unreasonable expectations and [redacted] falls into this category. We made every attempt at a fair and positive resolution with [redacted], who wants nothing less than a full refund plus additional expenses for a job that was completed one hundred percent to manufacturer's specifications. [redacted] signed the bill of sale stating that there is no warranty on performance work and we will not refund money for a job we are certain that wecompleted properly.
