After speaking with Mr [redacted] on 6/28/rgarding his issue complaint, I spoke with the two packers for his load At the time they were loading his truck, the packers only had a few blankets left that the customer had for the load They were unsure if there was going to be a need for the other blankets at the second half of the load The packer that used the items said he spoke with the customer and asked if he could use some items to help cushion the load for the trip to Ohio It was approved to protect the furniture and the packers continued their job After discussing the issue with Mr [redacted] on 7/12/16, our owner offered a credit to his bill in the amount of $to his credit card for his inconvenience and apologized The customer accepted and the credit was performed on 7/12/ As a side note: (attached) The customer signed our contract that we were only responsible for cents per pound for any damage due to our packing Because the weight of the products damaged being so light, and our attempt to make our customers satisfied with our services, we offered a refund of $50.00, which he accepted on 7/12/ Please see the attached and signed contract on the lower left portion of his contract as well as a copy of his refund of $

I am rejecting this response because:
There were plenty of moving blankets available to be used and I did not give permission to the loaders to use my sleeping bags and bed sheets for cushion. Why would I authorize those expensive items to be used to cushion wood furniture?I would like to be refunded an amount to replace all damages unauthorized items. Not good business practice to hide behind a contract and not fully replace damaged items due to negligence of employees.All I'm asking is to be treated fairly and to have the value of my items replaced
