First, I'm apologizing that it was taking too long before I take respon to your letter about a complaint because I was out of town. Like what you said this is a very first time I had seen something like this sine I been in...

business for 20 years, I hope you understand and help me to get through this case. I'm very appreciate you about understand for people like us who deal with customer service everyday. In this case I remember exactly what was happening:
     It was Sunday nov.06, 2016 
I was the one who done the mother fill for her nails and polish with gel color. Her daughter was having a pedicure done by another employee, who speak little English but understand very good about nails and licensed. Anyway, the mother was done, happy and paid for her and also paid for the daughter total of $60+ $10 tip=$70 smile and said when waiting for her daughter toe to be finish and dry so she walk to old navy which cross the hall from us very happy. ( she paid and tip before she walk to Old Navy). Her daughter's toe nails was cut very short before she came to our salon but she still want them round, we can't do any better but file the sides to make them look round because it was too short to cut. At the end she put on dart color. About 30minutes later they come back and said her toes nails was file too short but our employee said that she already cut them at home too short before she came to us, they can't be cut anymore but she want them round so it had to file to meet her requested. Then she want the polish to take off with new color on in a different color and I was the one who did it for her. I even took picture of her toes and told her that her toes nail was nothing wrong but you are more than happy to see doctor if she needed, I still keep picture of her toes nail. The mom was happy, paid and tip but when she came back she wasn't like the color because it was not sparkle enough like what she want but she was the one who picked that color. Please let me know if you are me, what can you do?
