Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Although we did not notice the cracks at the time of installation, they are clearly at stress points (or narrow spaces) around the sink. The granite is very dark, with a pattern in it, and the cracks are extremely difficult to see with the naked eye. I only noticed them by feel a few months later. I do believe they happened when the granite was installed or shortly thereafter. The piece with the cracks in it was extremely large and strangely shaped and with the sink cut out in it. I was actually surprised that they did this part in one piece instead of two because of the size and shape. There is absolutely nothing we could have done that would have caused the cracks to happen. I won't even let anyone put a warm dish on the counter top although my husband thinks that is silly. The company's response is, at best, lacking in timeliness and consideration for their work. The fact that I have been trying to get them to at least come and look at the counter for EIGHT MONTHS, with absolutely no success, shows their lack of respect for the customer's needs or concern with the quality of their work. Minimally, I would like someone from Inari Granite to come to my home and inspect the counter and give me an HONEST assessment of what may have happened. From there, we can decide if the counter can be repaired or if it needs to be replaced. I believe Inari needs to bear the cost of that repair or replacement. I think if they really felt like it was not their issue, they would have at least come out to look at it

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  It's very clear that Inari Granite DOES NOT back it's workmanship and product.  I don't think I can add anything else to what I have already said.  I will make sure to spread the word through any media I can find that this is a company that WILL NOT back up its work and BUYER BEWARE.  Just a LITTLE BIT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE would have gone a long way to resolving this.  They keep saying "after all these months" but we have been trying to get them to come and see the problem since early LAST YEAR.  Not much else to be done except register our EXTREME UNHAPPINESS with the service and lack of response we have received from INARI GRANITE.
Regards,
