I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.

The Company did not dissolve the fraudulent filing that dissolution was done by the person who was defrauded as proven by the attachment.  Their claim of action is a lie.  If the Company refunded the money they refunded to the person who stole my identity.  The should supply that customer information to the police authorities immediately.  The Colorado Bureau of Investigation will be contacting the Company and they should cooperate with Colorado to find the identity thief by providing that customer information to them and the State of Texas authorities.  The Company is a willing participate in identity theft because of their lax procedures.  The have not done enough to remedy the situation and find the perpetrators.  Continued obfuscation by them of their problem must lead to legislation and penalties for not assuring that their product does not promote identity theft.  This is a federal crime across State lines.People have been defrauded of thousands of dollars and I have been adversely affected personally and professionally.  The Company is responsible for the financial losses of those people.  The Company must do more.
