When I was younger, I had no real concept of how credit cards actually work and got in over my head after becoming a stay at home mom. I was always bored and had nothing to do but shop. Before I knew it, I was almost 20k in debt with no realistic solution on how to get out of it aside from walking away (which would ruin my credit, and was too scary of a choice). I was stuck in a vicious cycle of shopping addiction and depression. Depressed because I was so much in debt and looking towards retail therapy to make myself feel better for that moment. A friend mentioned InCharge Debt Solutions to me, stating she had used them and gotten debt free. I'm serious when I say my debt was making me depressed, and I cried about getting into it regularly. After I gave InCharge a call I felt so much better after talking to one of their counselors. Thankfully every creditor I had accepted their proposal. I got a steady job and started making regular payments to them, which they distributed to my creditors. It's been a long, slow burning process. But I have felt nothing but relief in their hands for the past 4 years. I am about to make my last payment next month. Closing out the very last of my accounts. This company has been nothing but considerate, and they work with you to the best of their abilities if you need to delay payment. I have had zero problems with them and I implore you to look into them if you are having credit card problems. I couldn't have done this without them. There is no way I would have paid off almost 20k in debt. If anything it would have probably tripled by now. I am thankful that they helped me to break that cycle and make this fresh start in my life. I am looking forward to being debt free! My credit score never suffered with them either. This was my first time using this company and I don't have anything good to say about them. I would research other companies before I settle for them. I added three accounts with them and one was not allowed by the credit card company and the other was just removed by I don't know who and no one bothered to let me know this. I only ended up with one original account and two others they randomly chose from I don't know where. One account they added doesn't even have a balance on it but they had an old amount from months ago that they were going to pay that doesn't exist. The other was one I paid years ago so I don't even know where they got the information from. They debited my checking account for the amount agreed upon for the accounts I originally added (two of which they removed) but since only one was still in the program I guess I'm out almost $150, I guess that was $150 lesson learned.

I was referred to InCharge Debt Solutions in 2012 because I was unemployed and needed help with paying my credit card bills. Due to being on the program and paying my bills consistently every month I was able to purchase a Brand new car in 2015 (2016 Kia Forte).. I couldn't believe it when they told me what my credit score was. Next month I will be 100% Debt Free. I recommend InCharge Debt Solutions to anyone who needs help repairing their credit.
