This Bike was purchased almost years ago and is out of warranty. If customer would like to ship the bike back to us for repair we will be happy to look at it and do said repairs at a percent discount off of our rate

It states on our parts forms that all parts are NOT REFUNDABLE. We have no control over them after they leave the store

It is the POLICY of HyBikes to not refund any monies paid for parts ordered. It has ALWAYS been our policy. If the customer wishes to bring in the parts and discuss it with us we will be glad to talk. At this point The customer is still in posession of parts. I read what the business replied back and I'm not happy with
that resolutionWhen my warranty was still valid was when I made the complaint to *** and another guy! And they kept taking payments out of my bank account even though the bike didn't work and after they got all payments they stopped responding to my calls!! When I first made complaint it was a month after I purchased bike and they kept giving me the run around and my warranty was still valid for at least more months but I remember the warranty was years on motor. HyBikes Warranty has ALWAYS been a year on the Motor.  In out of state sales it has ALWAYS been the responsibility of the customer to ship the part back to us.  Mr. A[redacted] chose not to do that.  Again, if he would like to ship back the defective parts we will gladly look at them and evaluate his cost to repair. Tell us why here...

In the attached document, I have included Arizona Revised Statute, that directly addresses my complaint. After you read the statute, there will be no debate or ambiguity...

regarding if the merchant followed Arizona state laws. Arizona state legislature has made it crystal clear that this business practice exhibited by the merchant is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

The customers refund has been issued and we will be sending out a check to reimburse the for the $35.00 overdraft fee.
