This client enrolled into our coaching in November of and signed a financial contractIn February this client stated she couldn't afford her payments so we put her past due amount to the end of her contract and lowered her monthly payments to 50%This client still didn't make her
payments. Therefore it did go to a collection companyIt has been nearly years and this is the first time we have heard from this client since we worked with her on her payments in February The balance has gained interest in the past years which is why there is a higher balanceAlthough this client did sign a contract and is legally responsible for this balance, to satisfy this customer, we have cancelled this out of collections
