Income Tax Corporation

Review: I have been a client of Income Tax Corporation, which was previously known by Alpine Tax as well; and for several tax years because of errors by these professional licensed tax prepares I have been audited on my federal tax and most recently New York State Tax as well. After numerous emails, tax , as well as calls I have yet to receive a response. It has been brought to my attention by several clients that many of the prepares with Income Tax/ Alpine Tax have now been arrested for tax fraud/violation/and have pending suits. I have forwarded and email on 9/**/2015 and have yet to receive a reply and it this point I'm seeking to find a a lawyer in efforts of filing a suit. Good Morning,

I hope this email receives you well. My name is [redacted]

& I have been a client with your company & has had

my tax processed & prepared through your office. In 2009

I received a letter from the Federal government concerning

my Federal filling for 2009 tax year; the letter stated that

I owed the IRS $1,624.83 at the time my tax was processed by

Tonya under your then company name ' Income tax'. I tried

reaching out via email and calls but your company was closed

for the season; therefore I had no choice but to pay IRS.

The following year I filed my taxes again with your company

then named ' Alpine Tax' Danny processed my taxes &

informed me that Tonya was fired for errors on numerous

clients taxes; he also advised me that it was a strong

possibility that IRS would continue to monitor my filings

for the next 3-5 years.

I then received another letter from IRS for the tax year of

2010; where it indicated that I owed IRS $ 2, 399.43; I

forwarded this email the tax information with the subject

line per Danny ' Tonya screwed up' despite forwarding this

information to Danny ; I still had to pay and borrowed the

money from my parents pension.

Sorry for the detail information above as I recently

received from NY State concerning my 2012 tax which was

filed under "excelsor' indicating that $480.16 is owed to do

Education credit; the prepare checked undergraduate studies;

which was incorrect and should reflect graduate studies;

because of this error NY State say that I owe $480.16 which

is due by October **, 2015 ; which I do not have the

resources to pay. I have provided attached the tax filings

from that year in addition to Tuition statement.

Please advise as to how this matter will be handled &

corrected by your office.

Your response and attention to this matter is greatly

appreciated.Desired Settlement: I'm asking that Revdex.com investigate and hold Income Tax/ [redacted] accountable for their poor professional, horrible work ethic , lack of knowledge of tax preparation and they should be held financially accountable for the those that have been audited by the Government in spite of having their taxes professional prepared by licences prepares. I'm seeking financial reimbursements as well as an answer and reply from the company
