Their was some confusion with the freight company as this customer wanted both a liftgate which is a $fee and inside delivery which is another $delivery charge.? After exchanging emails with them we agreed to accept both charges on our end.? No delivery appointment was ever made as
we the freight company would not make on without getting both of these charges approved first.? The freight company then tried to reschedule the delivery for a different day and the customer refused to take delivery at that point
