Review: Bought a pair of boots and returned them for a full refund. Paid shipping costs. Have not received promised refund. Boots were returned in pristine condition. I have pictures to show this. I have repeatedly contacted the company via telephone and email and have opened 4 "support tickets." The last response I received from "[redacted]" was dated 04/**/2014 and asked for proof of closure of a Paypal dispute I had opened. I supplied the requested proof the the dispute was closed in Paypal on April **, 2014 and have not received any response since then.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of my purchase price of $189.98.

Increasing shoes/Constep only refunded $169.99 of the $189.99, holding out $20.00 for what reason? I paid the return shipping when I sent the shoes back. I would like the remaining $20.00 that is owed to me. Here is their Return Policy cut and pasted from their website. Note that it states FULL REFUND:

Review: In march of 2014 I ordered a pair of shoes for $129.00. I returned the shoes the next day because they were poor quality. The companies policy has a 100% money back guarantee on their website. They have no phone number for the returns department only email contact. After a month I still did not receive my refund. I have sent 20 emails tho this company and they scammed me. They sent a fake email to claim my refund through [redacted]. I called [redacted] and they tell me there is no refund ever sent. It is now June and still no refund. No shoes. And this company will not respond.Desired Settlement: Please refund me $120 as promised.

Review: Purchased one pair of shoes that did not fit properly. Contacted the company via email and rec'd a return authorization number to receive a full refund. After six weeks, no refund appeared on my credit card statement.

Contacted the company and they said they never rec'd the shoes. Provided a FedEx statement that showed delivery and signature by the company. Their customer service stated that it would take a complete billing cycle to rec. my refund. It has been three months and I still have not rec'd a refund.Desired Settlement: Full refund.

Review: I ordered a pair of shoes from this company a month ago with expedited shipping. After a week I followed up with the company with no response for three days. I then cancelled the order to get a refund on the product that was not shipped and have not received a refund.

The company seems like a fraud as it is impossible to actually talk to someone.

Review: I ordered a pair of boots that did not fit. They advertise money back guarantee. I returned the boots the next day that I received them. I followed their return process of sending with tracking information and sending them an email with tracking number and date it was shipped. I tracked the boots with UPS and obtained a proof of delivery they received and signed on September [redacted] to date I still have not received any refund. I've contacted the company again last week they have not replied.Desired Settlement: I would like an immediate refunded now including my shipping charges to them.

Review: About a month ago, I bought a pair of new boots from increasingshoes.com that cost $149.00. I bought them over the phone using my debt card. Before purchasing them, the female customer service rep told me that I could return them for a full refund if I didn't like them and if they were still in perfect condition and sent back at my expense with all the original packaging with the receipt. When I got my boots, they were very uncomfortable and unwearable. I returned them at my own expense via UPS about three weeks ago. They were in perfect condition with the receipt inside and with all the original packaging. I got a confirmation e-mail from UPS telling me the boots had been successfully delivered. I called the 800 number for increasingshoes.com and inquired about my refund, and was told to e-mail them. I did so, and got an e-mail from them saying that they had not recieved the boots. I forwarded the e-mail I got from UPS confirming that they had been delivered to them, and I have not gotten any more responces. Every time I call thier 800 number, I"m told I have to e-mail them, and I tell the lady that that isn't working, and she tells me there's nothing more she can do.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund immediately credited to my debt card!

Review: I had ordered a pair of mens size 10 1/2 shoes from increasing shoes back around october the [redacted] 20014 for 165$,when the shoes arrived I tried it on within 2 minutes of wearing it my feet started to hurt so I put it back in the box in excellent condition and returned the shoes back to the company the next day by [redacted],increasing shoes received the shoes within 5 days of me returning it,two weeks later I called them for my 165$ refund they told me I will get it within a week,two weeks pass still have not received it I call to let them know, they told me they going to put my refund back on my debit card by the end of November 2014 I never received my refund,they kept lying to me about giving me back my refund,it state on their policy money back garanteed.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money by check or refund it back on my debit card of 165$
