I really thought I would have to get new carpet. There were stains, that a different company in to clean, and the stains resurfaced, just a few days later.
I had to use an area rug, to hide the spots.
No more area rug needed!!
I was amazed that night when I came home. Hoping to sell my house, putting in new carpeting was not what I wanted to do.

They took such care of everything in my home and explained everything to me in detail. I'm surprised that Referral Cleaning can get out some of the pet accidents we've had on our light-colored sofa, but they do every time. I like that the furniture or carpet dries quickly because they do not saturate them when cleaning. They are extremely thorough and always lay down protection over the wood floor. They also sell a very good spot cleaner which I use for small areas.
Very professional and knowledgeable. Have had them out twice over the past few years and will continue to use their services. They did an excellent job and were fair priced.

I had the living room cleaned which had a black spot. The tech was able to get it out, there was no trace of it. I was going to do the stairs but the tech recommended that I wait until the next visit to do the bedrooms. He did do the platform and it looks so good.
My stairs are so dirty I was thinking of replacing the carpet. By doing the platform it let me see that the stairs will come out just fine. So I don't have to invest in new carpet at the present time. GREAT!

My review is very positive! We bought a condo but the previous owners hadn't taken care of it for some reason. I thought we would have to purchase a whole new carpet but we didn't have the funds, so we waited, and then tried Referral to clean just 2 rooms. We were very surprised at how clean and new-like it turned out to be when they finished. They quoted a price but the final bill was even less and we liked that. There was a dark stain under all the base board and we didn't expect that to be changed much, but it looks great. The staff in the office was so helpful, and the guy cleaning it did his best and explained things.. We are not young and couldn't move much out of his way, so his help was appreciated. We will certainly tell others and will invite them back to do our other rooms. We are happy a friend told us about Referral. I really liked that they sent email ahead telling how to prepare for their arrival and it was easy.Thanks.
Referral is the only cleaning company for my carpet that I have found can get out the mirage of stains we get from having all the family gatherings at our home (that's 60+ people)! They are professional not only in their attire, but in their demeanor and attitude! Carpet is 25 years old, and we are still not ready to replace something that they can get to look "so good"!
