Incredible Moving & Storage

Review: This company overcharged me for everything. I have an itemized copy of the time spent moving us and it does not match up with his files. He then said, "Fine, i'll take off money for a few things". He also said it took them three hours to unload the truck and another three hours to load it after being stored for a week. He said it was 100/hr to move, which I said he put it at 89 per hour.

Upon meeting him and his worker at the shop I paid him for an additional four hours of moving in cash. When we finished in two hours he said it was because I helped them move. Refused to give me any sort of refund. He also charged me for all the boxes and packing tap even though his stated rate is a flat 89/hour.

We paid $1500 to move an apartment, which already had everything boxed up. In total I have them as taking around 9 hours total to move at 89/hr. He is refusing to give me a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like him to refund for the overpayment we had. He has no itemized explanation for any of his services.
