Response complaint #[redacted]alled me and asked me to come and fix his Sta-rite 400,000 BTU propane swimming pool heater. I went to his home and he told me the heater needed control panel and new top control for heater. I got him the necessary electronics and installed the new top. We...

could not get unit to respond and did all the checks and balances. I then suggested to call an electrician and see if he could find an issue. To no avail was unable to repair and said it was not getting power to electronic control pad or the blower motor. I then called [redacted]epresentative [redacted] and left message to call customer and help[redacted]s the rep. had told me he was very busy at the time and was not able to respond for 4-6 weeks. [redacted]hen called me several times but I was on vacation. On returning we were notified that no one showed up and [redacted]h called me a couple more times. I then went there and had a rep.walk me through a couple operations and was successful in getting heater running Mr. [redacted] was not happy about time to repair unit and contacted B.B.B.
