I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[Your Answer Here INCREDIMAIL is offering me a free year subscription to their premium product..They have to be kidding I would never have anything to do with this company They never did fix my problem which has been my on going complaint since Sept ** 2015... Ever since they tried to fix my computer I have been scammed with many phone calls One such phone call was asking me to get into my computer so they could return the fee they charged me... I did open my computer which was a big mistake When I realized what was happening I turned off the computer right away their statement was they could not refund any money under two thousand dollars They wanted me to send them a money order for the two thousand dollars minus the and then they would reimburse me the remaining amount When I told them they were crazy if they thought I would do something like that They began swearing at me That was just one of the many phone calls I received they continued to call me many of times after that I did contact my credit card company but it is a third party card and they could not do anything about the situation I have tried everything to get my money back, but so far I have been very unsuccessful in getting anything back. Review: IncrediMail Inc. [redacted] Ihave written to no avail have had problems for over 6 months I even sent them screen shots of the problems that I have been having. The have never gotten back , no notes, nothing, they just don’t care. have a new address old address was [redacted]. rowlett new address on form Now I have over 3900 emails and cant read them everythime I log on I have these errors then it crashes evertime it tires to open. I have written corporate still nothing. There are items that I have lost because I can not axcess the program. Photos , letters , and addresses that I do not have any where else. I need to axcess them so I can eather copy them or make back up copys on the information there. Then they expect me to pay another $114.00 to get their, gold package , back up, creator package, and there plus package. When I paid for them I still did not get service. It’s a shame it could be a great site if theo only cared about there customers. I use to recommend their site but with all the trouble I have had. I am surprised there still in business. Any help would be greatly appreciated. And a nother thing not that they care I an disabled and the internet is my out to the world. Review: October *, 2009, I paid $19.95 for their Order #[redacted] for IncrediMail's LIFETIME Premium access. On or around September *, 2006, I paid for their Gold Gallery -, they later gave me another code since that one wouldn't work to [redacted] in the amount of $48.55 on August *, 2005. Their Order Number [redacted]. My receipt says: Gold Gallery (Lifetime). I also pound and paid for [redacted] I don't have an invoice for that in front of me. It was on the same invoice number, [redacted].

Problem is: I had computer problems and had to reinstall my old programs.....only IncrediMail doesn't recognize LIFETIME members...they wrote many times to tell me for a limited time only, I could access their IncrediMail letters, content, etc. via Dropbox. Problem is - that doesn't work.

I have sent them so many emails back and forth, to a person named [redacted]. This person said: "Gold Gallery content is no longer accessible to Lifetime members via the IncrediMail website all of it can be downloaded, for a limited time - and in just one click directly to the IncrediMail client."

Sounds good.....but it doesn't work. I spent hours clicking, having the PC stall because they apparently have it set up so you can't download what you paid for. S/he asked me to give him/her the error messages - I jumped through all the hoops, did everything, followed all the instructions. Even copied it to my desktop from the old machine to the other - and still failed.

Then I went to [redacted] and read that others were having the same trouble with this company. That there is no customer service, just someone sending out emails - he never addressed any issue - just the same 'form' email response. Their headquarters is in Tel Aviv and I told him that I don't know what their definition of LIFETIME is in Israel but in the US LIFETIME means FOREVER. No ifs, ands or buts. FOREVER.

It wasn't until I went to [redacted] and some other consumer complaint sites that I learned more about their corporate MO and their apparent misrepresenting their LIFETIME access. Also, that they were just giving me the run-around. I'd email them, they'd write back, giving me the same instructions as before.

I looking through my files, I see that they tried to pull a fast one on me on November *, 2005 - they were to charge me $48.55 for LIFETIME GOLD GALLERY, order number [redacted] and turned around and charged me that PLUS an unauthorized $25.95 charge. I wrote to them and my credit company disputing the $25.95 and my email to IncrediMail says: Hey, not so fast. You have no authority whatsoever to charge anything to my account - EVER Just because you are privy to my credit card data, does not give youthe right to charge me for anything. My prior approval is required on any and all transactions."

My credit card company got involved and removed the $25.95 charge that IncrediMail tacked on. Reflecting back to the [redacted]'s web site, I see that they've tried this tactic with many others, too.Desired Settlement: What I really want is what I bought and paid for: LIFETIME access. I will not settle for these "limited access to these links" - they don't work and I paid for UNLIMITED access. I've written that to them until I'm blue in the face. Since they are not a reputable company, then I want my money refunded since they're not going to change their position. That would be $68.50 due me.

As I mentioned before, at the moment the customer has no active Gold Gallery subscription as the Gold Gallery Lifetime subscription has been refunded on 2005 already.

I generated for the customer a free Gold Gallery 1 year subscription as a gift since she already owns the Premium product.

I suggest that you check your 2005 records to look for the refund.
