 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: Facilities like [redacted] and [redacted] Business Reviews exist so that customers may leave fair and honest feedback regarding their business transactions, which we have done. Defamation is a legal term that assumes what is being said about an individual or a business is CATEGORICALLY UNTRUE. And as all the evidence we have submitted has proved, our complaints are based on FACT. Mr.H[redacted] is perhaps unaware that we have held on to every piece of evidence and submitted copies to the Revdex.com.
Ad hominem attacks on dissatisfied customers doesn't help this business's cause.
This business did eventually (meaning AFTER we filed the Revdex.com complaint) send us 2 boxes of corner bricks. Well over 40% of the bricks were BROKEN. We took the precaution of photographing said bricks so that we maintain a portfolio of proof to back up our complaints. We would be happy to upload or send digital copies of these photographs to any concerned parties. Mr.H[redacted] and his business have been highly unpleasant to deal with, and after all of this, they still have not so much as issued an apology to us. Shame on them!
Regards,
[redacted]

February 13, 2015Dear [redacted],
I received your documents today, Friday, February 13, 2015 regarding continuing correspondence with [redacted] referencing the above complaint ID. My response is this, I did respond to your request dated Tuesday, February 3, 2015, see attached copy. In response to [redacted]'s receipt of (2) boxes of “broken corner thin brick pieces”, I did ship her additional material at “no cost” which was not part of the original agreement. I am now learning of “broken pieces” (2) weeks later which I find peculiar to say the least. My company, Independence Antique Brick gave [redacted] a higher grade of product which she accepted. I proceeded to ship her at no additional cost specialty products (which was not part of the original order) and now there is a claim that damaged product arrived. If this is true, why was this not brought to my attention upon arrival? I have the tracking number with [redacted] and I could have contacted the shipper with a damaged freight claim. Instead I continue to receive slanderous comments from [redacted] via Revdex.com and social media. I have been in business for 20 years and have dealt with thousands of customers and have never had this type of interaction with a customer. I will do the following for [redacted], provide her at “no charge” again with as [redacted] brick corner pieces that she needs. I will have my employees pack the pieces in boxes that are suitable for this product and she can either pick them up at my facility or arrange for them to be picked up. I cannot do anything more to satisfy this person as I have gone above and beyond with material for [redacted]'s order.
I trust that the Revdex.com reports both sides of the story and I have my attorney reviewing this situation, specifically her negative social media Comments. If you have any questions regarding this matter my office number is [redacted], email address [email protected],Matthew H.
