Independence Helicopters

Review: I paid $189 for a 39 minute Skyline helicopter tour for three people over Philadelphia from Independence Helicopters. We called and scheduled an appointment for our tour and set a date for Sunday, FEBRUARY 26TH, 2012 at 2:00 PM . When we arrived we were told that the tour was canceled due to malfunctions with the equipment. However we were told to call or email and reschedule. When we tried to email Independence Helicopters (on March 9th 2012) we received a response that stated they temporarily suspending tours due to "business restructuring" and to try again in a month. After the end of March we emailed three times and tried to call. Now if we try to call it says the voice mailbox is full. We cannot get a hold of them. We would like a refund since we never received the service.Desired Settlement: Since no service was delivered as paid for I would like a full refund.
