WORST leasing company ever! Don't recommend at all and who ever gets the old apt I had, good luck(wynterhall) - your utility bills will be over 300-400$ A month in the summer and your house will not get cooler than and Your air will run almost run or will freeze upYou can't open all windows becasue they're old out of date houses and are broken or painted shut!! They tried to fix the AC not twice, but times! And it's still broken bcuz they didn't want to pay for all the duct work to be fixed in attic, and was in the apartment HoT summers!! Never being cleaned, it Burnt so bad turning it on sparks, ashes, fire chunks and smoke came through all the vents- burning stuff that never got replaced! You can clean your apartment when you leavebut don't even bother they won't give you back a dime of your money for deposit!! There were several time I called & put in work orders for maintenance for sinks, toilets, holes and leaks in ceiling.never fixed!! And plus there's black mold growing in all the units on wynterhall(BEWARE)- lastly- They're too scared to talk to you on the phone, they never answer, so they Will text you instead- if you're a tenant- not professional at all! They don't care about any resident..all they want is their money and will have already spent your deposit so don't plan on getting it back! Don't recommend!! Beware! Ask the neighbors around they know
