The customer signed a contract for work to be performed at his investment property in [redacted] , ILThere was a non-refundable deposit for the electrical work at his property for drawings and layouts for the village including permitsAlso my company completed the amp service like was detailed on the contractOnce work was checked and passed for electrical work the inspector noticed a lot of issues with the foundation and the brick structure of the houseWith costs going to escalate he decided to stop construction immediately and force me to give him back the money my company earnedHe breeches the contract by not letting me finish the project and trying to recoup his loses by trying to take back the money we worked forI am sorry but I will not give back any of the money that I earned on that projectThe hours were tremendous

I was not responding after he said he was closing project downLike I stated before work was performed and passed inspectionI am going to sue for breech of contract for remains Balance due to the harassment and the opportunity to complete the easier part of the projectRose plumbing will second my statementsHe was the hired plumber on the projectWe are going to sue the owner in a joint lawsuit

I am in California on a family emergency.  Won't be back in town until 1st week in March. I told customer I have no problem with giving deposit back when I'm back in town.  Been in and out of hospitals so it's hard to keep answering text messages. Thank you

He remained non-contactable for 6 months. He simply vanished and never bothered to return my calls or text or emails.
