Review: I suffer from intractable migraine headaches and I see a Neurologist, pain management specialists and a Migraine specialist on a regular schedule. I have been and continue to be treated for migraines in a hospital as the treatments I receive can not be administered in a neurologists office or doctors office, I sent a letter to the insurance company, from my neurologist, stating so. From January of 2014 until December of 2014 (when I was terminated from my position ending my insurance due to excessive absenteeism as a result of the migraines, I was hospitalized every 7 to 10 days. The insurance company paid the bills though February of 2014. They have not paid from March 2014 through December 2014. I received a letter from the insurance company in July 2014 stating migraines are not covered, 5 months after they stopped paying the bills, without notifying me. As a result I was sent to collections through the hospital. When I called the plan they asked for a doctors letter stating that hospital visits were the only treatment for the migraines so they could authorize payment of all the invoices. I provided a letter from my neurologist stating that. The bills still have not been paid. I called the insurance company who told me to call the broker(Guttmans Insurance Brokerage) who in turn told me to call the insurance company. I called on multiples of occasions only to be stone walled. I have tens of thousands of dollars in unpaid hospital bills and receive collections calls every. I need for this to be resolved ASAP.Respectfully[redacted]Desired Settlement: I want all the past due invoices GHI is responsible for paying to Matter Hospital from the time from of 3/** through 12/** paid ASAP and the collection calls to stop being made to me.

Review: on 5/**/13 I submitted a claim to this company for services rendered to a patient. I did this as a courtesy to the patient, in order for the patient not to have to pay out-of-pocket. I was told the turnaround time would be 30 days. After 30 days, I called for status and was told they never received the claim. On 6/** I faxed the claims in, again being told it would take 30 days to process. On 8/* I was told the claim was still in process and that if I wished to negotiate a fee with them, I would receive the check within 2 weeks. I proceeded to sign a sheet faxed by [redacted] on 8/*/13 for the agreed upon fee and was told the check would arrive at my office the week of August **. On 8/**/13 I spoke with [redacted] again and was told the check would arrive within one week. On August ** I spoke with [redacted] and was told it was in final processing and would go out on August **. On August ** I was told by [redacted] that it was still in final processing and she could not tell me when the check would go out. After asking to speak to a supervisor, she proceeded to put me on hold, did not put me through to a supervisor, but told me that she spoke to the supervisor and was told the check would go out on August **. I feel that this company is using delay tactics not to pay. It is now 3 months since the initial submission of claims and 2 months since the faxed-in submission, which is definitely way over the 30 days promised. Each time I call, I get a different person and am always being given the same runaround-that the claim is in final process. According to them, it has been in final process for over a month. They write on the form that by agreeing to a settlement(which is what I did) that "revenues collected are also done so in a more expedient manner." I believe they are dishonest and using these stall tactics to avoid having to pay. The claim #s are [redacted] & [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like to receive payment as quickly as possible of the agreed upon fee, in an expedited manner. Since I no longer trust this company, I would like payment in the form of a bank check or money order.
