July 14,2014Revdex.comID# ***Independent Hardware received this order over the phone by *** at *** *** *** Shop on 8/1/Independent Hardware was given the credit card number by *** to be used on this order, On August 2nd Independent Hardware
shipped the order via *** (tracking # ***) to the customer which they received on August 5th and the shipment was signed by John.Independent Hardware processed the customer’s credit card on June 30th for the full amount of the invoiceI personally called the customer to advise them that the invoice was not processed at the time of shipping and we would be processing the card on June 30, A receipt with proof of delivery was faxed to the customer.I have enclosed copies of the Sales order (packing slip), Invoice and proof of delivery with the full address as requested.Please contact me if you require more information
Review: I placed an order with this company almost 2 years ago. They are now claiming that payment wasn't received. I told them that can't be possible since I am on pre-payment terms with them. They now charged my credit card for $1700 which I never authorized!!!Desired Settlement: I want a full refund
