They sent two guys out first thing in the morning after a late evening call to them that I could not keep the boiler running The two guys were very pleasantThey suggested since the boiler had not been serviced for over a year it would be more cost effective to take a one year contract which would cover the serviceThe price was super reasonable so we did I watched the whole time as they took off the stack, vacuumed the insides replaced the oil filter and nozzle and showed me how dirty they were Another local company wanted over $more than double what they charged me Super happy with them and so is a friend who had them out after my experience
Justed call Enhanced at AM today The service rep told me 10AM-12PM, and would call me when the service rep, would be available to come At 10:AM, I received a call and the women told me the service rep was at my front door.Thankfully,I was nearby Ed was awesome, he knew exactly what the problem was and told me more about my unit and how to properly maintain my unit Enhanced that you for the excellent work and I become a annual member all in the same day What a great company!!!
Very happy with the workmen Butch and Matt who installed a new air conditioning unitThey were skilled and politeIt took a few weeks to get a visit scheduled, which was curious, but once I had an appointment, they followed through well
Very bad serviceThis must be a very small business or the voice answering service is just someone who is answering the phones in her spare time They came to my house to look at my hot water heater and they mentioned they would get back to me first thing the next morning on a quote of a particular part before I made the decision to replace the water heater which would take about days to schedule and installThe next morning came and went and in the meantime Horizon came to my house and installed a water heater for the same price and a better warranty It is now days after they promised to call me back to give me a quote on a partDo they think I am OK with no hot water? Nope, they just don't care
We have been doing business with Enhanced HVAC since May They replaced our natural gas furnace, humidifier, and A/C unit Since that time, we've had them back regularly for periodic maintenance and warranty service Today a technician came in to service our furnace and I was impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism I particularly appreciated the advice he gave us on maintaining our equipment
Enhanced has done well by us, and I would recommend them to a friend or colleague
After having "no show" appointments from another business, I called Enhanced based on their Yelp and Revdex.com ratingsThey were able to come out next day, and left with my air conditioner working! And I was not charged more than they quoted meTechnician was professional and courteous!

Never before have I felt compelled to write a review until now. From the first phone call to "Enhanced Heating & Air" on a Saturday morning, when my 5 ton AC unit EXPLODED after the hottest week in August with family due to arrive on the following Wednesday, to the sweet chill of a brand new 95% efficiency, 15 seer HVAC system humming on Tuesday afternoon as promised, the staff and crew of Enhanced were OUTSTANDING ! Joe answered the phone and was at our house in 30 minutes, and yes, my AC unit had indeed exploded. So, after weighing our options we decided to have the entire Hvac system replaced. It was 20 years old and replacing the entire system was just more practical and cost effective. We were able to finance at 0% for 18 months. When all was said and done, the work was completed on time and under the original quote, even though it turned out that we needed the electrical wire and circuit breaker replaced as well. My wife and I could not have been more impressed and pleased with the thoroughness, quality workmanship, courteous professionalism, and considerate expeditiousness we were given from beginning to end.
