I have reviewed the complaint submitted on 9/28/2016: "My husband purchased two new BBD cushions from this companyThe first cushioned failed after several months.The second one failed out of the boxWe were told to mail the cushions back to the company for replacement.That was on 4-12-16.They did
send a replacement for the first oneAnd was told the second one would have to be sent to the manufacturer.That was months agoI have called and spoke to a woman named Kate,onceIt will take longer than expectedNo one will answer the phone, fax or e-mailsFaxed cn 8-30-and 9-20-phone calls 9-27-and 9-28-16, e-mail on 9-27-This cushion is for a man in a wheelchair, to prevent pressure soresIt cost me to mail two deflated cushions back to the coHe needs the other cushion in case the one he is sitting on fails." Rand-Scot, Incclosed down in the summer of (end of July)A new company formed, Independent Medical Products, to continue to supply the Rand-Scot line of products, including the BBD cushionsUnfortunately, this was not a seam-less transition and took longer that we had anticipatedDuring this transition, there was some correspondence that was lost, including e-mails, faxes and phone callsWe have been working hard this Fall to get set back up and move forward with helping all of our customersThis complaint was brought to our attention by the Revdex.com and we would like to get this resolved quickly! From our older records, it appears that *** uses the ** *** ***And from the information provided, two of your cushions have failed and you have received one replacementI do show that one of the defective cushions was sent to the manufacturer for repairsWe are waiting on a shipment from said manufacturer and it is expected to arrive by the first week of DecemberAt that time, we will send you the secod replacementOur records show your address to be: *** * *** ***

Hi, I would like to update you on this case. The company still has delays in sending the replacement cushion. I heard from them 12-13-16 promise after promise and still no cushion 1-1-17! Don’t post problem resolved just yet. Sincerely [redacted]
