Independent Plumbing

Called independent plumbing this morning for a clogged toilet that was beyond our scope The gentleman I spoke with spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me, troubleshooting things to rule out in order to save me the money of having him come out, which was very appreciated!
I did have him come and he wrapped up the problem very quickly He has great bedside manner and was very professional The house was kept clean, and he would be highly recommended by me for anyone in need of a plumber's services

I am rejecting this response because: First, they cut my pipe and when they were done they left without letting my wife and I know. Shortly after they left I called a company called the Honey Dew and they found the septic tank within 30 min, in the direction I showed both companies. This company said they could find it and were unable to do so after digging in my front yard, back yard, and the side of the house. I should not have been charged for work that was incomplete. I am seeking compensation for cutting my pipes and the multiple holes throughout my yard

Hello ,  This is [redacted] with Independent pumping , I have read the claim that was filed , first off we were called out to locate a septic tank because their system was backing up and the guy had no idea on where the septic system is located . we're out there on three different days running...

cameras to locate his system, The piping at his house is very different from any other pipe he has them going in all different directions.  The reason why we had to cut the pipe is not because the camera got stuck, it was because when running the camera we came to a T point and our camera cannot make turns. We had to access that point to try to run the camera from that corner in the pipe to see where the septic tank was. .  My guys went to get the materials at Home Depo . Our findings were that that pipe lead to nothing but rocks and dirt .  We repaired the pipe and my workers talked to a woman at the home  and told them that they were leaving that they can't find it . we were out their 3 days in a row and did not charge him the hourly charge of $95.00 per hour to locate and dig up of the septic tank . I called the customer back to inform him that we cannot locate the septic he's going to have to go to the county and get the records or call a different company. He was aware that we were going to try to access the camera through the pipe once we hit the T -pipe .Also my secretary called me saying the costumer was yelling and using bad language about the job that why can't we find his septic tank and she felt threatened by him , he said he was coming to the office and was going to settle this one way or another, I spoke to him and he was just yelling and I was trying to explain what was going on I had to tell him to calm down , yes he threatened to call the authority's and I said we have done nothing wrong ,we did what we explained we needed to do , he was aware on what was going on he gave permission to access that pipe . I don't feel that I need to replace the hole  pipe when we have permission to access that pipe and was aware of the process . Everything was fixed correctly before we left that property. I also have pictures of how we left the job before the hole  got buried back up. I will email those to you as well. . We never leave exposed holes on properties for safety reasons.
