We are responding to Ms. [redacted]'s ([redacted]) complaint.  The heater work was performed on June 20, 2017.  We had previously gone to her home and determined that the heater wires had been eaten by mice.  Our serviceman did not touch any other part of her pool.  We do not understand...

what she is talking about when she says we left the filter opened???? We called Ms. [redacted] on numerous occasions, requesting payment of her bill of $729.72 for the heater work that we were authorized to do by her fiancé, [redacted].  We did not hear from her until after we started requesting payment when the bill became overdue.  She finally called us back and complained that the service was not done correctly.  Independent Pool Service, Inc. totally stands behind the work on the heater that we performed.  We replaced the heater board as requested.  When the serviceman arrived at the pool, the heater panel was not on the heater.  This is why it was not put back on.  He left the power off.  He did not touch any valves in her pool which she claims turned her pool green.  The pool was already green.  There is no way her pool would have turned green within the few hours when she came home.  When asked why she hadn't called us back to complain right when the service was performed, she responded that she was too busy.  However, she claims she had another pool company come out to fix the pool????  The serviceman spoke to her fiancé last week and he told him he thought the bill had been resolved.We have since left several new messages for Ms. [redacted] to call us back.  She has not done so.  We have told her we would be more than happy to come back out and remove the heater panel, to resolve this bill.  As of today's date, September 11, 2017.  We have not heard from her.
