Regards, [redacted]Hello George       After consulting numerous times with my lawyer and with the Greece police department about the circumstances of our contract, it has been agreed that December 30th, was ample amount of time for you to complete our bathroom job.  The original contract states that the job will be completed November 24th.  We have granted you an extra 4 weeks to get the job finished.  Since December 7th, we had to reach out to you numerous times (I have all the printed texts showing this) to see why you haven’t shown up at the job.  For 2 and ½ weeks, you have had many excuses such as truck is broke, child is sick, death in the family, and even just cant make it with no reason why.  Along with multiple days that you would not call or text my husband and I back and we never heard from you.   We were informed that we are not the only customer dissatisfied with your work and as a result you were released from another large job as well.  That being said, we cannot extend the time of completion on the contract and the contract stands as received.  However, on November 13th 2015, I wrote you a check for 6800.00.  See attached check image.  I have documentation showing that checked paid for the first roof payment and the third bathroom payment.  Hence, 4500 was for the roof and 2300 was for the bathroom.  From the 2300.00 given for the bathroom, 1278.00 was to be used to purchase the custom glass shower doors that were to be installed on our stand up shower (I have documentation showing the doors cost 1278.00). Also, on November 25th I wrote you ANOTHER check for 1725.00 for our bathroom (see attached check image) but yet you still didn’t deliver or install the custom glass shower doors.  You took our money, ran and never returned.  You stole from us!  What terrible business this was hence why the Revdex.com needed to be contacted!  In order to peacefully solve this issue we are requesting that you mail us a money order for the amount of 1278.00 (see attached quote for custom shower glass doors).  You have shown terrible business habits by stealing money from your customer and the only way we can move on from this situation peacefully is by you paying us back for the cost of the shower doors.  It is my hope you will agree to that and we can solve this problem under civil terms and we will not have to take further legal action.  Please let me know your decision.  [redacted], homeowner
