This review is compiled from multiple past and residentsMultiple apartments have a bug problemThe laundry room is more than half out of use90% of the larger dryers and washers are always downThey rarely refill their vending machinesThe property manager is rude and unprofessionalMaintenance rarely manages to actually address a problem and/or fix it correctlyThey will allow cats and dogs but nothing elseEven caged or in a tankProperty manager has also been known to be highly intrusive, basically interrogating people if she suspects them of somethingAs well as having other residents watching and snooping and reporting backWill question people seen at the pool, asking them what unit they are withIf there are kids she will also rudely ask "whose kids are these, and what unit are you with"In a snarky tone of voiceThe other guy who works in the office is a different storyHe has always addressed issues very shortly after they are brought to his attention in a professional and courteous mannerAll in all we give you star, solely because it is required to post a reviewWe would highly suggest looking into new lower management
