I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowSome of what this business has stated is accurate and some is a complete fabrication Specifically, "Mr [redacted] ordered the Polk Soundbar from PremierHot Deals.com on or About 11/15/16" is accurate and is the only accurate statement that they have made I do not recall when I actually received the item however I did call (as the web site had instructed for a price match request) and spoke with "Lisa" -- not once but NUMEROUS times She repeatedly told me "the owner isn't in" "I'll call you back after I speak with him", "I haven't seen the owner", "I assure you that I will call you after a decision has been made", etc After several weeks of this delay tactic and never hearing from her, I called again and after she curtly replied "we don't do that" (referring to their Price Match policy), I told her that I would contact the Revdex.com for assistance They then altered their web site, by taking down the Price Match guarantee, removing the telephone number to call and then inserting their e-mail address to send an e-mail in their revisions Including their linkto the altered Price Match guarantee and then sending it to you after having been altered is fraud Lying to you about one telephone call is also fraud Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I have attached a screen shot of their confirmation e-mail to me in which they list a different e-mail to contact them (that apparently they have changed at the same time as their other changes).  It went from [email protected] to [email protected].  When I search on their web site for "[email protected]" it comes up void.  Additionally, not only does it show a different e-mail to contact them, but before customers had to call them, and I would have sent them an e-mail had that option existed.  What bothers me the most about this whole ordeal however is how they kept stringing me along repeatedly stating that they (Lisa) would call me back after speaking with the owner, etc. and then lying to your office about it.  I have no reason to make something like that up.  They also had a price match guarantee on the old page, which they have eliminated now.  But if you search their web site for "Price match guarantee", three items now come up, one of them being the Polk Soundbar that I had purchased from them at an inflated price (screen shot attached).  I hope that this helps.  Thank you for your help!

I am not satisfied with Premier Gourmet liquor response due to the fact that my coffee purchase was a separate transaction from my boyfriends beer purchase therefore why did the cashier assume that my boyfriend and I were a group which is why she claims she asked to see my ID.
