Independent Towing

This is a negative review Several years ago our truck broke down on the interstate in the middle of the night The police had it towed by Independent towing When went the next day to get the truck, the staff was very unfriendly, cold and uncaring We left without complaining but I was shocked with how rude they wereNow this past week we had another vehicle towed to their place of business We called and was quote about $to get the car released I went in person to go get it and they were just closing and said I would have to wait till morning Then she told me it would be $to get it released That it would be the same charge in the morning as long as we got it out before 3:00pm We arrived at 7:am to get the car We were treated like we were criminalsThen she told me it was $to get the car released I asked to see the invoice to see where the extra charges came in She said she could not give me the invoice till I paid the bill She was not one bit pleasant or understandingI have never seen such rude and hateful customer service She said she was the office manager I think the owner needs to know who she treats the customers

RUN AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They do not give you an estimate at the beginning and PRICE GOUGE you at the end! Over $to be towed!!! When they know you are in trouble, they have you over a barrel!
Also, do not go to *** *** in Murfreesboro, who referred me to these robbers!

Now this past week we had another vehicle towed to their place of business. We called and was quote about $55 to get the car released. I went in person to go get it and they were just closing and said I would have to wait till morning. Then she told me it would be $60.30 to get it released. That it would be the same charge in the morning as long as we got it out before 3:00pm. We arrived at 7:45 am to get the car. We were treated like we were criminals. Then she told me it was $150 to get the car released. I asked to see the invoice to see where the extra charges came in. She said she could not give me the invoice till I paid the bill. She was not one bit pleasant or understanding. I have never seen such rude and hateful customer service. She said she was the office manager. I think the owner needs to know who she treats the customers.
