[redacted] had her Kia Sorento brought in because it had been in a accidentThe insurance company came out told us what they would fix and how muchThis left the customer with the amount of $The insurance company agreed to pay for a small amount of one tire leaving the customer to pay for the other oneThe tread wear on the tires was 2/way below safety standardsThe customer was informed that the insurance company would not pay for the second tire [redacted] called and asked about her Sorento and was told her part would be around $When the customer came to pick up her Sorento the bill was $lower then the $that was told her to orignallyWe did accidentally give the customer the wrong key but corrected it before she leftWe in no way over charged the customer or mislead the customer

Customer was aware that the insurance company wouldn't pay for the second tire and she would be responsible for itWe have the customer extra key and tried to return it to her when she was hereThe customer is welcome at anytime to come in and pick up her key she leftWe did nothing wrong other than to accidentally give the customer the wrong key

pay for the other one. The tread wear on the tires was 2/32 way below safety standards. The customer was informed that the insurance company would not pay for the second tire. [redacted] called and asked about her Sorento and was told her part would be around $800. When the customer came to pick up her Sorento the bill was $783.63 lower then the $800 that was told her to orignally. We did accidentally give the customer the wrong key but corrected it before she left. We in no way over charged the customer or mislead the customer.
