Indestructible Shoes

Product is stated to take 7-15 business days to arrive. I contacted the customer service team about a month after my order when the tracking had not updated. Their customer service team initially told me the order was, or would be, with my local post office in 48-72 hours. I checked the tracking and with my local post office, neither of which ever updated on the items. The customer service team has told me that my local post office lied about having it, that it’s my fault I haven’t received it because I didn’t arrange for delivery with my local post office, that the tracking has been updated, one customer service agent stated that they made an error processing my order, and another stated that it was traveling overseas, so it couldn’t be tracked but would deliver in 72 hours. In 12 communications, the customer service team has continually stated contradicting information, telling me the product would arrive in 48-72 hours, and refused to process a refund. Almost every communication has told me that the shoes would be delivered in 7-15 business days of the order, even though it has been 6 weeks. They are refusing to cancel the order or process a refund until I receive the shoes and ship them back, but I can’t do that as I have not, and most likely will not, ever receive these shoes. I have simply asked for a refund due to their service failure, yet their customer service team will not process the refund until conditions are met which they cannot ensure will ever happen. I have also been treated unprofessionally by their customer service team in our 12 communications as they continually provide delivery estimates that have already passed and communications that are untruthful.

Ordered shoes on 3/7, their tracking was updated on 3/18 saying origin post is preparing shipment. It has not updated since.
USPS tracking has shown customer is preparing shipment since the same date, no changes since.
I have emailed and messaged them numerous times Asking if my shoes are still at the Chinese factory, on a boat or plane halfway here, in the US, or if they are not going to ship them and constantly get the same reply to check back in 3-5 days.
I finally told them to cancel the order and give me a full refund, they refused and said they had already shipped but would not answer where the shoes were.
I received an email offering 20% refund if I would give them 5 stars on the Facebook review of my purchase, not going to happen.

I ordered a pair of shoes on Feb 1, 2020, and my credit card was charged for the full purchase amount immediately. After one week, the USPS tracking number provided showed that no merchandise had been dropped off to carrier. I inquired via email and was assured that my package was "in transit". After 3 weeks, tracking status showed that the carrier still had not received any merchandise. I asked for the order to be canceled and a refund issued. The request was ignored, and I was directed to the same tracking URL with the assurance that my package was "in transit" despite all evidence to the contrary.
