We at Noble Custom Homes take our customers concerns seriously. In regards to this complaint the home was finished before we had notice through the BBB. This job was through their insurance company (Crow River Mutual Insurance) and required prior approval. This delay pushed the... Start of construction into the Winter Months. Inclement weather and Safety concerns held up the completion of this Project. When the weather is below freezing and wind conditions are more than 10mph we cannot install roofing. It is common practice to load the shingles on the peak of the roof. It is safer to have the shingles placed on the roof by a boom truck then hand carry them to the peak. Once they are delivered it is unsafe to take them down under icy conditions. The tarped area of concern was also protected by “Ice and Water Shield” protecting it from any chance of leaks. The tarp was an unnecessary additional layer of protection. The clients are now happy with their project and have requested to have their complaint removed.
