INDEXX Vet Connect Systems

My golden retriever had a biopsy during the first week of Feb. We still haven't received the results. I just called and was told that you just got the samples this morning. I was also told that the test took 2-3 days. Then the excuses started. I was told that due to higher numbers than normal testing it could take up to 8 days. I'm just guessing but I doubt that number includes weekends. I will never use a vet that utilizes your lab ever again. Sadly enough now I can't even trust your results and because the tumor has been removed I can't even get another sample to send to a real lab with better organizational skills. Thanks for wasting our time, money, and samples
