Review: India this week agreed to advertise my business card as a realtor with [redacted] in their edition of india this week for one month in 4 issues starting from Friday June the 7th 2013 till June 28th 2013.

They did not advertise and were quick to debit my credit card for $120 on may 30th. I have a strong feeling they wanted to eat up the money considering me as a rookie.

On confronting on June 7th them the person Rajan said it slipped their mind and they are willing to refund it. When I asked them to give it in writing that they would refund the money by a pre determined date, they declined it.

It clearly suggests that thy are prompt in collecting advertising revenue but if they fail to advertise they take thier own sweet time to refund the money. They ideally should send a wire transfer where they would be charged , that would keep them on their toes. When realtors like me have to take care of each sign which includes realtor, equal housing, equal opportunity, and company logos how does a newspaper get away with things.
