I am part owner of this business. I sent this puppy by PetEx and I paid for a vet check up before it left PetEx. She emailed me the puppy had kennel cough and I couldn't figure out how it got kennel cough. She emailed me that the puppy had gotten out and it may have gotten into something and it...

died. The puppy was sick and she took it to the vet and it died. I got the vet report from her and took it to my vet to check it out. Her vet said the puppy owner had told him the puppy got out in freezing weather and had probably gotten into anti-freeze and that was the reason the puppy died. She is trying to say the puppy had diabetes. PayPal told me that she tried to into my PayPal account to get her money back.
